This Volume has 43 tracks, played on a Steinway Grand piano. It has music for a full Barre with several exercises having a choice of time-signature, e.g. Ronds de Jambe a Terre on a 3/4 and a 4/4  Battement fondu on a 3/4, 4/4 or a tango. Some exercises have slower and faster versions. Centre work includes Port de Bras, Adage, Tendus, and Pirouettes before continuing with Petit Allegro, Medium jumps and Grand Allegro. There are Mazurkas and Waltzes in slower and faster versions.
